Attribute accuracy is tested by manual comparison of the source with hard copy plots and/or symbolized display of the map data on an interactive computer graphic system. Selected attributes that cannot be visually verified on plots or on screen are interactively queried and verified on screen. In addition, the attributes are tested against a master set of valid attributes. All attribute data conform to the attribute names / codes in the Spatial data specifications document. The data is migrated as per the requirements specified in Spatial Data Specification document using the approved (by the consultant) AutoCAD shop drawing generated for the constuction. This GIS data contains all the entities available in the respective layer of approved drawing related to this service.
Topology rules are created based on the requirements discussed in the section 01332. We will discuss in detail about the specific topological rules in the metadata of individual files. The tests of logical consistency are performed using the concern tools. All polygons are tested for closure with vendor software and are checked on hard copy plots. We have cleaned the drawing and modified the features to maintain digital connectivity and topology rules.
The data is migrated as per the requirements specified in Spatial Data Specification document using the approved (by the consultant) AutoCAD shop drawing generated for the constuction. This GIS data contains all the entities available in the respective layer of approved drawing related to this service.
The accuracy of these digital data is based upon the accuracy standards followed by consultant who has checked the shop drawings. The locational accuracy of this data is checked and approved by the consultant surveyor.

The data is cleaned up in the AutoCAD and Migrated to ArcGIS 10 using atctool box commands. Metadata is created in the ArcCatalog in FGDC CSDGM format. The metadata is validated using the online Geospatial Metadata Validation Service available at http://geo-nsdi.er.usgs.gov/validation/
